Overview

The second report in our EV app series turns to home charging, analysing 2,062 public reviews of ten leading UK home-charging apps. The average rating was a low 2.9 out of 5, with app crashes, connectivity and scheduling the dominant complaints and cost-saving the benefit drivers valued most. Most Jobs-to-be-Done were underserved; only customising settings and managing overall energy consumption scored adequately.
